The File Audit Module allows a Module Supervisor to schedule audits ahead of time and allocate the audit to the relevant auditor.
Navigate to the File Audit area of the system via the Modules drop down on the Home Page.
On the File Audit Home Page, click Schedule Audits.
Click Assign Audit to assign the audit to a user within the system by searching for and selecting the user’s name from the drop-down menu.
Click Assign Due Date to select when the Audit needs to be completed by.
Note: Assign Audit to and Assign Due Date are the only mandatory fields.
To allocate a question set, click Audit Question Set to search and select from the Audit Question Sets available in the system.
If required, click the Department, Office, and Practice Area fields to populate these as required.
If required, type the Client Name and Client/Matter Reference in to specify the file to be audited.
If required, click Fee Earner to Audit to specify whom you wish the auditor to audit.
Finally, click +Add to add the audit to the schedule.
The audit will now appear under the ‘Audits to be Scheduled’ section.
To add more audits, repeat as above.
Once the details for all audits to be scheduled have been completed, click +Schedule Audits.
The pop window will appear to confirm the File Audits have been successfully scheduled.
