The Audit Module allows a Module Supervisor to schedule audits ahead of time and allocate the audit to the relevant auditor.
Navigate to the Audit area of the system via the Modules drop down on the Home Page.
On the File Audit Home Page, click Schedule Audits.
Click Assign Audit to to assign the audit to a user within the system by searching for and selecting the user’s name from the drop-down menu.
Click Assign Due Date to select when the Audit needs to be completed by.
Note: Assign Audit to and Assign Due Date are the only mandatory fields.
To allocate a question set, click Audit Question Set to search and select from the Audit Question Sets available in the system.
If required, type the Name and Reference in to specify the file to be audited.
If required, click Auditee to specify whom you wish the auditor to audit.
If required, click the Department, Office, and Practice Area fields to populate these as required.
Finally, click +Add to add the audit to the schedule.
The audit will now appear under the ‘Audits to be Scheduled’ section.
To add more audits, repeat as above.
Once the details for all audits to be scheduled have been completed, click +Schedule Audits.
The pop window will appear to confirm the Audits have been successfully scheduled.
