Note: Only users with Master User permissions have the necessary access to add, edit or delete notices on the Company Noticeboard.
Notices on the Company Noticeboard can be used for a wide range of reasons, such as to advise of a new training course available in the Riliance Training Portal or changes in Policy or Procedure.
On the system Home Page, the Company Noticeboard is displayed on the right.
To add a new Notice, click +Add
You can then create your Notice by giving it a title and adding in the text or links you require.
Specify which modules you would like your Notice to be displayed in using the selection boxes at the bottom of this window.
Finally, click Save Notice.
To edit or delete a Notice, click Edit.
To make changes, edit your Notice and click Save Notice.
To remove a Notice from the Company Noticeboard, click Delete Notice and then Accept in the next pop-up.
