Data entered into the Risk & Compliance system is held in individual records within specific system modules, for example Complaints entered will be individual records within the Complaints Module. When addressing a Right of Access, typically you will be searching across the whole system for any record including the Data Subject.
A user must have supervisor rights to a module in order to search all of the records within.
From the Home Page, click the Search Icon as highlighted below.
Type in the name of the Data Subject you wish to search for.
This will take you through to the Advanced Search window.
Define a date range for your search (if applicable; based on when the records may have been created) and which modules you want to search. Click All if you wish to search all modules.
The system will then display a list of all records in which the data-subject is mentioned.
Click View to view each record.
The Advanced Search feature can be used to search system records for any mention of:
File/Matter Reference Number
Once you have located a record, you can edit, print and delete it as necessary.
