When managing an access request relating to a user, it is likely you will need to access their user account from the administrative panel of the system. In order to do this your user must be a Master User.
From the home screen, click the Cog icon next to your name and click Account Settings.
In the Account Settings, click Firm Users.
Use the Search box to locate the user you require.
You can then review their account and make any required changes.
