The Audit Module in the Risk & Compliance System allows the auditor to assign corrective actions to users in the form of tasks.
For a guide on how to add an audit record click here.
If, when working through the Audit question set in the system, you identified an issue or an action that needs to be completed, you can assign this as a task to a user.
On the question/section concerned, you could leave a comment to indicate what needs actioning, this could act as a reminder as you go on to complete the remainder of the audit.
Upon completing the question set in the module you need to declare that corrective action is required by clicking Yes next to Corrective Action Required.
The Corrective Action Details field will appear and you can add in the details of the task you need completing, or copy and paste your notes from the question made earlier.
Click Save.
Next, you will be prompted to create the task to be sent to the corresponding user.
Select the user using the Corrective Action to be completed by drop down.
Set the due date for the task by defining how many days the user will have to complete the task.
Note: This value can be preset in the Audit Tasks Set-up
There is the option to schedule a Verification Task should this be required and you can specify whom needs to complete it and the time frame this task needs to be completed in.
Note: Verification Actions can be disabled in the account settings if not required.
Finally, click Schedule Tasks.
