Note: Before Mitigation & Review Tasks can be created, you must add a Risk Record first.
As Risk Records are added, Users are able to set up Mitigation Plans and schedule regular reviews.
After entering the details of the Risk, click Record Risk & Mitigation Plan.
Enter the details of the Mitigation Strategy in the free text box.
Choose the User who will be responsible for the Mitigation Strategy and set the date for next review.
There is also the option to notify additional Users or Groups within the system if necessary.
Click Save & Close.
A summary of the details entered will appear, including the Mitigation Strategy entered.
The User selected to be responsible for the Mitigation Strategy has a Task created in their name. It will appear in their Task List, with the Due Date being the Review Date entered previously.
