Before your staff can access the Risk & Compliance System they will need to be setup with a user account.
Note: To add firm users you will need to be a Master User.
From the Home Page, navigate to Account Settings followed by Firm Users.
Click +Add New User.
Enter the user’s details into the next window, and click + Save User.
Finally, click Enable to trigger the system invitation email to be sent to the user. The user will use the link within this email to create a password for their user account.
Note: All emails from the Risk & Compliance System are sent from email@example.com.
Note: A user will not be able to access any Compliance Modules until Permissions have been assigned to them. For more information on assigning Permissions, click here.
