Internet browsers can remember previous passwords in the background, causing new passwords to fail when using them to sign in.
To prevent this from happening, you can clear your cache before requesting a Forgotten Password link from the Riliance System.
We advise that you use either Google Chrome or Internet Explorer to run both the Riliance Training System and the Riliance Risk & Compliance system, as these are the most stable.
Note: Clearing the Cache will clear all passwords stored by the browser. We would advise to make a note of any passwords before proceeding with this task.
Click on vertical ellipsis to open the drop-down menu
Click Settings.
Click on Advanced (you may need to scroll down).
Navigate to Privacy and security and select Clear browsing data.
Select the Advanced Tab, and then ensure Passwords and other sign-in data is selected and click Clear data.
