Using the Audit Module, Audits can be scheduled in advance. The Auditor will then have the audit assigned to them in the form of a task.
The Audit task will appear on the users Home Page task list.
This will open the scheduled Audit.
To begin the Audit, click View.
Click Begin Audit.
This will open the Audit record for you to complete. If you need any assistance completing an Audit see Add an Audit Record.
Once you have completed your Audit and clicked Save, the same window will appear again. You can now click Finish Audit to mark the Scheduled Audit as complete.
Note: If you have specified that Corrective Actions are needed, upon clicking Finish Audit, the Schedule Task: Audit Corrective Action window will appear. If you need any further assistance with assigning Corrective Actions, please see Assign Corrective Actions.
