The Breach Reporting module allows for SRA and ICO outcomes to be tagged to Breach Records.
Click here for guidance on how to link outcomes to Breach Records.
These regulatory outcomes can be reported on to identify which outcomes are being breached most frequently, allowing the firm to prioritise remedial action steps to mitigate these types of breaches.
Click Reporting on the Home Page and click Breach Reporting.
Select the Reporting period that the report is to show. Select which regulator you wish the report to show. Click Update Reports.
Note: The reporting Dashboard is set by default to display the last 12 month's data.
The Report is in a Pie Chart format. To view the values for each outcome click the Downward Facing Arrow.
The Pie Chart shows the 10 Outcome Types that have been breached most often over the chosen Reporting Period.
Hovering over each row of the table will provide a definition of the associated Outcome.
The column to the right shows the number of Breaches linked to that particular Outcome.
In addition to the Outcome Types Chart, the Breach Outcome Reporting report can be used to download the details of records and the outcomes associated to a spreadsheet.
The automated report is found further down the Reporting Dashboard, and has a separate Reporting Period filter that can be set.
Once the Reporting Period has been set, click Download Report (XLSX) to download the spreadsheet to your computer.
