When a User is ready to Complete the Discharge/Review Task, they can update the record in the Undertaking Module.
Upon entering the task a pop-up window will open titled Complete Task: Undertaking Task.
Select whether the Undertaking has been discharged using the drop-down menu.
Choose the date the Undertaking has been discharged.
Click Complete Task to Discharge the Undertaking.
Note: If the Undertaking has yet to be discharged, choosing 'No' will allow for a new Discharge Date to be set and the task process starts again.
