When logging a Breach on the Risk & Compliance System, there is the option to assign remedial action tasks. These tasks can act as a checklist of actions that need be completed in order to mitigate the potential of the breach occurring again in the future.
Note: examples of remedial actions include staff training, internal policy amendments, and changes in internal processes/procedures.
These tasks are most often assigned to the individual responsible for implementing the remedial action steps.

Once the task is assigned, it will be accessible on the Task List on the Home page.
Click View to access the record.
The associated task will be found on the record summary page under the Task List.
To open the Remedial Action task, click View.
To allocate the Remedial Action task to another user, click Reassign.
To complete the task, begin by clicking View.
Enter the relevant task details and click Complete Task.
