The Risk & Compliance System allows The Risk & Compliance system allows a user to choose from multiple actions following the investigation of a complaint.

Upon entering the record, the system will open a new pop-up window titled Complaint Check: Please select the task you wish to carry out.
This window will provide 4 options to the User to select from, detailed below:
OPTION | DESCRIPTION |
Send Chaser Letter | This will allow the firm to identify the date that a chaser letter was sent out to the client regarding the complaint. A User can be chosen as the Check Handler, and the date for the check to take place. |
Record Review Details | This will allow for the firm to identify whether the review has been requested by the client and the date the review was carried out. A User can be selected from the list as who completed the review, and detail the Review Findings. |
Schedule a check | This will allow the firm to choose which User will be responsible for completing the check, and the date the check is due to take place. |
No further action | No further tasks will be scheduled, and upon clicking save, the complaint record will be closed |
To complete the Complaint Check task, select No further action
Click Save to Complete the Complaint Check Task.
Upon clicking Save, you will be taken to the Record Summary Page.
To close the Complaint Record, click the Action button.
From the drop-down menu click Close Complaint.
Detail the Outcome of the Complaint and select the date the Complaint was closed
Click Close Complaint to close the record
