Once a PII Claim or Circumstance logged within the Risk & Compliance System has been dealt with and no further action is needed, the record can be closed.
Open the record you wish to close.
Note: See Search for a Specific Record if you need any assistance finding and opening a specific record.
At the bottom of the Claim Record, click Action followed by Close Claim.
When prompted, click Close Claim.
The claim status will now display as closed on the PII Claims List Page.
