NOTE: This function is only available to those Users with Master User permissions. For further information regarding Permission Levels for Users please refer to article Understanding Permission Levels for Users
For requesting a password reset without Master User permissions, please refer to Password Reset article.
The Risk & Compliance System allows for Users to request a password reset for their own account in the system, but if this is unable to be completed for any reason, also allows for a Master User to request a password reset on their behalf.
Navigate to Account Settings from the system Home Page.
Navigate to the Firm Users page.
Click Edit on the User whose password you wish to reset.
Click Reset ____ Password.
Click Accept.
A password reset email will now be triggered and sent to the email address listed in the Users profile.
