The Risk & Compliance System allows for an Undertaking record to be reopened after it has been discharged if this is necessary.
Locate the desired Undertaking and click View to enter the record.
Note: For more information on locating a specific record please see Search for a Specific Record.
On the Summary page of the Undertaking record click Reopen Undertaking.
A pop-up window will appear asking ‘Are you sure you would like to reopen this Undertaking?’
Click Accept.
The Undertaking has now been re-opened and is marked as Outstanding.
NOTE: Although the Undertaking has now been re-opened and is marked as ‘Outstanding’, this will not automatically create a new task for the record. If a new task is required, you would need to create a Custom Task.
