Upon logging a PII Claim/Circumstance a task can then be assigned to a User or Group for them to seek the Insurers Advice.
Having sought the advice, the User will then need to login to action the task in the Risk & Compliance System.
Click View for the PII Claim task you wish to action.
This will open the PII Claim record for which the task relates.
Click View on the Task in the Task List.
Select the Advice Received Date and add any Advice Details.
Click Complete Task.
Your responses will now be added to the record as below.
You can update the claim record with new or additional information by editing the record. For more information, see Edit a Record.
If no further action is required, you can close the claim record. For more information on how to do this, see Closing a PII Claim Record.
