If further action was required following the creation of a Client Feedback record, this can be assigned to a User/Group for completion.
For more information on how to create a Client Feedback record and assign a Client Feedback Task, please see Create a Client Feedback Record.
Once the required action has been completed by the User/Group, they will need to complete the task in the system.
Click View on the Task from the Home Page.
This will open the Client Feedback Record the Task is associated to.
Click View to open the Task from the Task List.
Enter the Completion Date and Completion Details and click Complete Task.
The task is then marked as complete, with the completion details added to the Client Feedback Record.
