You can configure your Breach Reporting Tasks using the Breach Reporting Tasks Setup menu in the Account Settings.
To access your them, navigate to Account Settings from the system Home Page.
Note: Only users with Master User permissions can access the Account Settings.
Click Tasks Setup followed by Breach Reporting.
Below is a table describing each of the available settings in more detail.
Setting | Function |
Supervisor Review step behaviour | When a Breach Report is created by a User with Data Inputter access you can select to either have a task automatically created for Module Supervisor(s) or for a notification to be sent to them. |
Allow this task to be skipped | Allows you to disable the Do Not Schedule button on the Remedial Action Task or specify whom can use it to skip assigning the Remedial Action Task. |
Allow this task to be skipped for a custom task | Allows you to specify if you wish to allow a Custom Task to be created instead of a Remedial Action task and if so, whom can do so. |
Allow Breach Reporting task to be assigned to | Allows you to specify to whom Remedial Action tasks can be assigned to. |
Default users to notify | If you would like to notify by default any specific users of Remedial Action tasks created you can add their name here to ensure they receive notifications. |
