When a Misconduct Report is logged, an investigation task will be assigned to a User for them to investigate the allegation.

Click View on the Task from the Home Page.
This will open the Misconduct Record the Task is associated to.
Click View to open the Task from the Task List.
Complete your Investigation Findings and select as to whether the allegations were founded.
If you select No, when you select Update Task, the record will be closed, and no further action will be necessary.
However, if the allegations were founded, and you select Yes, you will then be asked a series of follow-up questions with regards to reporting the misconduct to the Regulator.
Click Update Task.
A new Task will then be automatically created for the Misconduct Investigator for 6 months’ time to check as to whether a response has been received from the Regulator.
