If you decide during a Misconduct Investigation that the allegations made are founded, you will then be prompted to report the allegations to the regulator.
A task is then automatically created and scheduled for 6 months from the reporting date for the Misconduct Investigator to report the response received from the regulator.
Click View on the Task from the Home Page.
This will open the Misconduct Record the Task is associated to.
Click View to open the Task from the Task List.
Select as to whether you have received a response from the regulator.
If you select No, followed by Complete Task, this will close the Misconduct Report and no further action will be necessary.
However, if you select Yes, you will then be asked as to whether the regulator is taking action.
Again, if you select No, followed by Complete Task, this will close the Misconduct Report and no further action will be necessary.
If you select Yes, you will then be prompted to provide the Regulation Action Details along with the Date.
Click Complete Task.
This will then mark the report as closed, and no further action will need to be taken.
