You can configure your Misconduct Reporting Tasks using the Misconduct Tasks Setup menu in the Account Settings.
To access them, navigate to Account Settings from the system Home Page.
Click Tasks Setup followed by Misconduct.
Below is a table describing each of the available settings in more detail.
Setting | Function |
Allow this task to be skipped by | Allows you to specify whom can skip assigning the Misconduct Investigation Task. |
Allow this task to be skipped for a custom task | Allows you to specify whom can skip assigning the Misconduct Investigation Task but create a Custom Task in it's place. |
Allow Misconduct tasks to be assigned to | Allows you to specify to whom these tasks can be assigned to e.g. All Module Users, or perhaps only Users whom are a member of a certain group e.g. Compliance Team. |
Close record on the completion of Misconduct tasks | Allows you to specify as to whether you wish the Close the misconduct report on save option to be automatically selected when a task is created, so the record is marked as closed once the tasks have been completed. |
Close record on the completion of tasks option can be changed by | Allows you to specify whom is able to change the Close the misconduct report on save option when creating a task. |
Default users to notify | If you would like to notify by default any specific users of tasks created you can add their name here to ensure they receive notifications. |
