You can record misconduct allegations in the Misconduct Reporting module, regardless of whether the report it being made from an internal or external source.
Navigate to Modules from the Home Page and select Misconduct Reporting from the menu.
You will first be asked to confirm if the Misconduct Report is a result of a complaint.
If you select Yes, the below message will be displayed. You can then go on to create a Complaint record by clicking +Add Complaint. For more information please see Log a Complaint.
By selecting No, you will be able to go on to create your Misconduct Report.
Complete each of the fields with the relevant information.
Note: The Investigation Start Date will auto-populate with the date the record is created and cannot be changed.
You will then be asked to schedule the Misconduct Investigation Task.
Select the user whom will be completing the investigation and when the investigation needs to be completed by.
You can also, if applicable, specify the date the acknowledgement letter was sent to the allegation source to confirm their report had been received.
Click Schedule Task.
The record is then saved, and the Misconduct Investigation Task scheduled for the User.
