Tags can be used to further categorise risks and controls. Tags are used in the Risk Tag field in the Risk Categorisation section on records across the ERM modules. In addition to being managed through the Account Settings, tags can also be added by users when creating a record.
Common examples of Tags include standards, regulations and accreditations such ISO, SRA, and GDPR.
To create Tags, as a Master User, navigate to the Account Settings.
Note: Only users with Master User permissions can access the Account Settings
From the menu on the left-hand side of the page, click Module Setup followed by Risk Management, and then General Setup from the sub-menu.
Under the Tags Setup section, click +Add to add a new Tag.
Type the tag name into the field provided and then click Save.
Once created, the Tags can be edited or deleted from the Tags Setup section.
