Control Status can be used to help your organisation to effectively monitor the progress of controls.
Control statuses are used in the Control Status field in the Control Summary section on control records.
Common examples of control statuses include not implemented, partially implemented, fully implemented and retired.
To create a Control Status, as a Master User, navigate to the Account Settings.
From the menu on the left-hand side of the page, click Module Setup. Then click Risk Management, and then Controls Register from the sub-menu.
Under the Control Status Setup section, click +Add to add a new Control Status.
Type the Control Status name into the field provided and then click Save.
Once created, the Statuses can be edited, or deleted from the Control Status Setup section.
The arrow to the left of the Control Status name allows the list of statuses to be re-ordered / re-arranged.
Click the arrow and drag the label to the desired position in the list.
