Record Notes can be added to a record to provide further information or supporting evidence.
On the record page, scroll down to the Record Notes section and click +Add Note.
Note: A note record can be added when entering a new record, or when a record is open for edit.
Enter the Note Details and click Add.
Once added to the record, you can Edit and Delete the note as necessary.
Note: The Edit and Delete buttons are only available when the record is open for edit.
Once you have entered the relevant details, click Save at the bottom of the page to update the record.
