The System allows for User email preferences to be amended individually by one of the systems Master Users.
This can either be done at the time the User account is created, or at a later date should the User need them changing.
Navigate to Account Settings from the system Home Page.
Note: Only users with Master User permissions can access the Account Settings.
Select Firm Users from the list.
Click Edit on the relevant User profile.
A pop-up window will appear. Click the Email Preferences tab.
You will now be able to choose the types of emails the User will receive from the system be selecting either Yes or No next to the respective option. Below is a brief explanation of what these emails entail.
Receive Maintenance Emails |
Notifications of when the system will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance or updates. |
Receive Standard Task Emails |
Notifications sent when a task is assigned to User in the system. |
Receive Digest Emails |
Daily email to show tasks currently outstanding in the system. |
Receive emails for tasks I assign myself to |
Notifications of tasks a User has assigned to themselves. |
Receive emails for tasks I notify myself of |
Notifications for tasks where the User has chosen to be notified of progress on the record. |
Once the preferences have been chosen click Save.
