The System allows for individual Users to amend some of their own details and preferences whilst logged in.
Navigate to My Settings from the system Home Page.
A pop-up window will open with four separate tabs, the first of which is Personal Details. Here the User can amend their Title, First Name and Last Name. The User can see the email address associated with their account, but this cannot be changed.
Note: Only Riliance hold the ability to change a Users email address in the system. If the situation arises where a User’s email address has changed and needs to be updated, please contact Support on 01206 321 391 or support@riliance.co.uk
Click Save User to save any changes made.
The next tab is Email Preferences.
Here the User can change the emails they will receive from the system by selecting Yes or No to each type respectively.
Click Save Email Settings to save the changes made.
Below is an overview on what each of the options entails:
Receive Maintenance Emails |
Notifications of when the system will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance or updates. |
Receive Standard Task Emails |
Notifications sent when a task is assigned to User in the system. |
Receive Digest Emails |
Daily email to show tasks currently outstanding in the system. |
Receive emails for tasks I assign myself to |
Notifications of tasks a User has assigned to themselves. |
Receive emails for tasks I notify myself of |
Notifications for tasks where the User has chosen to be notified of progress on the record. |
The Password tab allows for a User to change their current saved password. They will first need to confirm their existing password. The password policy the replacement password must follow is also detailed on this page.
Once all fields have been completed, click Reset Password to save the changes.
The final tab is Group Membership. This page provides the User with an overview of the Groups within the system they are currently a member of. There is no ability to alter Group Membership from this screen.
Note: The ability to add and remove Users from Groups in the system is only available to Master Users. For further information regarding this, please refer to article Create a Group.
