The Group functionality within the System allows for Tasks to be assigned to multiple users in a particular group.

Within a Group, Users can be setup as Group Leaders which acts as a hierarchy for the group of users.
This function is useful when assigning Tasks in certain Modules in the system, for example, Breach Reporting. If the Task is assigned to the Breach Team group, there is the option for only the Leaders to receive and action the Task. If the Assign only to leaders in Breach Team box is not selected, all Members of the Group will receive the Task.
In Account Settings, navigate to Firm Groups and select Edit Group to view the users.
Next to the relevant user/users select Set as Leader and then click Save.
