Are you a new Master User for your Organisation’s Risk & Compliance System?
Below we have pulled together some key information and User Guides that you may find useful.
Master User Access
This will be required for you to access the account settings to complete tasks such as creating and managing Users.
If you cannot access the Account Settings you may need to ask another Master User to give you Master User Permissions. You can find more information on assigning Master User permissions here.
User Creation & Management
As part of your role as Master User you may be required to create and manage Users within the system. You can find some useful guides in the following Knowledge Base sections:
Familiarise yourself with some of the key account settings including managing your Organisation’s Officer, Department and Practice Area information. This information is used when creating many records and reporting in the system, so it is essential this is up to date. You can find some more information here.
Some modules in the system, such as File Audits and Gift/Hospitality Register require some additional setup or configuration in order for them to function effectively. If your Organisation utilises these modules, you may want to familiarise yourself with their setup.
Risk Management (ERM) Modules
If you have our Risk Management (ERM) Modules you may need to understand how to allocate Module Permissions and Roles as these are the settings that allow users to access the modules. You can find information on ERM permission settings here.
